By accessing or using ER Diagram ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ER Diagram is an online ER diagram editor that allows users to visually design database schemas, import/export in multiple formats (SQL, DBML, JSON, PNG, SVG), manage versions, and collaborate via share links.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service as a guest or create a registered account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Upload malicious content or code
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ER Diagram. Your diagram data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans (VIP) are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe, Creem). Refunds are handled according to the respective payment provider's policies. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ER Diagram shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
